Admission Procedure

Prospectus and Application forms can be obtained from the Administrative Office by paying non refundable amount.

Application should enclose the following documents along with the duly filled in application form

1. SSLC Marksheet

   - 3 Attested Photocopies

2. HSC Marksheet

   - 3 Attested Photocopies

3. Transfer Certificate

   - 3 Attested Photocopies

4. Community Certificate

   - 3 Attested Photocopies

5. Blood Group Certificate

   - 3 Attested Photocopies

6. Medical Fitness Certificate

   - 3 Attested Photocopies

7. Recent Passport size colour photo

   - 5 copies [White Background]

8. Stamp size colour photo

   - 5 copies [White Background]

The original certificates should be submitted at the time of admission with parents/guardian.
