Nursing and paramedical personnel are the background of the health care industry. Being a doctor especially a pediatrician I have relied heavily on the expertise of them to deliver the best of care to the little humans. As a director of a hospital I always felt the lacunae between the theoretical and practical knowledge when young people join the health care industry. This I felt compromised heavily on the quality of care delivered to the patient. We cannot achieve greater heights in the medical professional if this basic fact is not addressed too. Government efforts to provide excellent doctors to the society is to achieve the goal for Health for all. Teamed with the efforts of providing quality support staffs is the only way to achieve this.

We, as a team who are involved in the health care for more than a decade realized the lacunae and decided to fill in the void by starting an educational institution with a sole motive of providing quality medical education. Our vision is to give an education that will enable our students to stand apart in the health care industry with the skills that are much sort after and a knowledge that will enable them to be a great support to the persons delivering quality care to the public.

This venture of ours has also another unique vision behind it. We started it in the rural area because only with the advancement of the youths of the villages, the prosperity of India will become a reality. Also when the sons of the soil are enabled with the adequate expertise they are bound to serve their own society with a commitment that will change the face of health care delivery in rural area.
